Welcome to the page of Varázskert Guest House! 3 minutes from the Balatongyörök beach, hidden among lush gardens, our guests have two houses with separate entrances (60-60m2), 2-2 rooms, equipped kitchens, bathrooms, covered terraces and beautiful outdoor spaces where you can relax under the shady trees and have a barbecue. There was also the opportunity to have a potluck. We can host 10-12 people, ideal for larger groups.
In 2011, we found the sad, dilapidated building standing in the sprawling garden, and we immediately saw the fantasy in it. During the past years, the house was reborn thanks to the work of our two hands, now it has a soul, a real home. It is as welcoming and lively as Balatongyörök.
The friendly streets are characterized by a Mediterranean atmosphere, birch trees greet visitors on the main street, everything is neat and clean and you can feel the love of the people for Györök. The beautiful beach, pleasant restaurants, coffee house, artisan ice cream shop, tasty local wines and great concerts serve for real relaxation.
The Balaton bicycle route passes here, and there are countless opportunities for excursions nearby, including Keszthely, Szigliget, and Badacsony.

Two rooms with separate entrances open from the kitchen-dining room, the smaller one has a double bed in the larger one there is also a double bed and a single bed. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, coffee maker, a toaster, a large refrigerator and all the necessary equipment for cooking are available. The bathroom has a bathtub and you can also use the washing machine. It is also possible to eat outside on the covered terrace. Wifi, flat-screen TV and satellite channels are available to our guests.
On request, we can provide a baby bed and a baby bath.
Rose house
The two rooms open from each other, the larger one has an extra-sized double bed and a sofa bed, the other room also has a sofa bed. Electric hob in the kitchen-dining room, coffee machine, toaster, large refrigerator and all equipment needed for cooking are available. The bathroom has a shower cabin. It is also possible to eat outside on the covered terrace. Wifi, flat-screen TV and satellite channels are available to our guests. If required, we can provide a baby bed and a baby bath.
Garden
he large garden is only for the comfort of the guests, the "summer kitchen" at the back is a real party place, a larger group can also be comfortably accommodated at the outside tables. A grill, kettle, fireplace, and firewood are also available to our guests
Pets are welcome free of charge after prior consultation.
Parking
Our guests can use our own parking lot in front of the house.
Our prices
- The prices are independent of the number of people, but we can accommodate a maximum of 5-6 people per house.
- Open from June 1 to September 8.
- Minimum booking 2 nights.
- June, September HUF 33,000/night/house
- July, August HUF 38,000/night/house
- We offer a discount to our returning guests and for stays longer than 5 nights.
